I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to the full session fee.

Do you take insurance?
The Living Room is a private-pay practice. I can provide a monthly superbill that you may submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations and missed appointments are billed at the full session fee, except in cases of emergency or illness.
How do I get a superbill?
Let me know you would like one and I will provide a monthly superbill for you to submit directly to your insurance provider.

How do I know if we’re a good fit?
The free 15-minute consultation gives us a chance to discuss what brings you in, answer questions, and decide whether working together feels right.
Where are you located?
In-person sessions are offered in Sandy, Utah. Secure telehealth is available to clients throughout Utah.
