Therapy for Adults
Understand yourself.
Not because there's something wrong with you.
Because understanding what happens inside you gives you more choice in what happens next.
Therapy for adults who are ready to understand what's beneath the patterns they keep finding themselves in.
Maybe You've Noticed
You understand a lot.
And somehow, you still end up here.
Maybe you've read the books, listened to the podcasts, or gotten very good at explaining why you do what you do.
And then the same relationship hits the same nerve.
You say yes when you meant no.
You shut down when you wanted to speak.
You overthink something you already understand.
You react—and only afterward realize what was actually happening.
Insight matters.
But sometimes knowing isn't the same thing as being able to see yourself while it's happening.
What we might work with.
What Therapy Looks Like Here
We get curious before we try to fix it.
My work is relational, trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and nervous-system aware.
Depending on what you need, therapy may include EMDR, experiential and creative approaches, psychoeducation, and conversation.
Together, we'll pay attention to the patterns, experiences, beliefs, emotions, and protective responses shaping what happens now.
The goal isn't to become perfectly regulated or never get triggered again.
It's to understand yourself well enough that you have more room to choose.
The Living Room Approach
Understanding creates room for choice.
Understand what's happening.
Learn to see it while it's happening.
Build something different from there.

Questions are welcome.
How do I know if we're a good fit?
A consultation gives us a chance to talk, ask questions, and get a feel for how working together might look.
What happens during the first session?
We'll get to know you, what has been happening, and what feels important right now. You don't need your story perfectly organized.
What does therapy with you actually look like?
There isn't one formula. We get curious about what is happening, why it makes sense, and what becomes possible when you can see it more clearly.
Do I have to know exactly what I want to work on?
No. Knowing something isn't working is enough.
You don't have to keep doing it the way you've always done it.
